I was truly amazed when I arrived at the Hotel, It was very modern and clean, the reception staff and evening staff were fantastic, the Manageress at reception was a wonderful lady from Singapore, she assisted me with a local Doctor and a dispensary for medicine, as I was a little ill at the time, you could see she is a very caring and good natured person, who was more than happy to make sure you had a pleasant stay, I would thoroughly recommend this Hotel to anyone, who likes a modern style Hotel Room within this budget, although the rooms are a little small but no smaller than any other hotel in this price range, the design and layout, certainly makes up for that. It's a great location for people who enjoy experiencing various types of Food from local Malaysian, to Traditional Indian, it has a great location close to the Sky Train Terminus, and within walking distance to China Town a short taxi ride to Petronas Towers, and various other interesting things to see and do whilst in Kuala Lumpur.

Excellent location within walking distance of Merdeka Square, Chinatown and other sights, and really close to a monorail startion. Comfortable bed.
Tiny rooms - only just big enough for a bed and wardrobe. We took a room with a window which was a big mistake as it is incredible noisy outside.

Design is very nice, modern and new. Water dispensers were easy to get to and free. Location was excellent, within walking distance to the Central Market, Chinatown, and the Lake Garden Park, and there was a sky train station really close by.
Shower hose was broken in the first room. We wanted a room without a window because it was supposed to be quieter, but the room we were moved to had a window facing the street. Buses in KL are really loud, they woke me up much earlier than I wanted to. Only one pillow per person makes it hard to sit up and watch tv. I asked for extra pillows the first night and the guy said he wouldn't give me any. The second night the manager was working and he at least gave us one extra one. It's noisy, the doors are really not good for sound proofing at all. I thought a bunch of people were hanging out in the hallway and talking, but when I looked all of the doors were closed and not a person in sight. We stayed two days and I just didn't sleep well here either night. If noise doesn't bother you the price and location are excellent though.

The room is confortable but here were those little cockroaches...! Horrible....I`ve must killed almost a dozen of them...in two days...
I have booked a twin room. When I arrived wiht my the guy in the reception told me there was no twin room available for that night and I would have to spend the first night in a double bed room because the hotel was fully booked..... Even though I had booked with one month in advance... I told the guy that was a unpleasent situation and although I was with a friend of mine we both would like to have some privacy whilhe sleeping. He argued that I would be in a bigger room and woul dnot pay more for that... I simply told him that was unacceptable and in few 15 minutes, perhaps, he gave me a family room with a single and a double bed...So he lied about the fully booked condition... I would not come back there anymore... There`s no frigde in the room and no breakfast either...

The location is great. It's a two-minute walk from on of KL's main metro stations (Masjid Jamek), and within a two mile radius of all major attractions and malls in the city.
The room is quite tiny, especially the double rooms. The twin rooms are okay. Housekeeping doesn't put in fresh towels or tidy up your room unless you request them to.

A basic but good value for money hotel. Just a couple of minutes walk to Masjid Jamek LRT Station, where you can access three different LRT routes. Also, it was just a couple of stations away from KL Sentral, which makes it all the more attractive. Room is small but ok, especially for this price. Bathroom again is small but clean. The staff was cooperative and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to people who are looking for a budget-friendly place to sleep.
No breakfast which in a sense is good. There are a lot of Indian restaurants nearby offering good breakfast as cheap as RM 2 per person.

For the price that we paid, we were happy with the hotel. It was very clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. The ambiance of the hotel was really great. Outside the hotel was not very clean but the location was good. There are 2 7-11 stores nearby, Mcdonalds, Burger King and Secret Recipe. Coffee box also a good place for breakfast. Masjid Jamek station is also a few steps away. Central Market, Petaling Street and Merdeka Square are also within walking distance.
The room is very small but then we knew it would be. Barely enough space to move around.

No hotel is like being at home, but this hotel certainly came close. We were made to feel like family, and nothing was too much trouble for them. .
We would have liked to have written information available at the hotel regarding local restaurants and shopping and places of interest. This is not a complaint, but perhaps a suggestion.

Convenient to travel to the city centre and of course China Town and City train stations are only few blocks away. The room size is good for 2 people max. Great hotel design and decoration.
Very poor isolation between rooms. You could easily hear people shouting along the hallways or corridors. Unstable wifi.
